Dimitar Kostov was born on September 8, 1932 in Staroselets, Pleven, Bulgaria.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law of Sofia University and the Diplomatic Academy in Moscow.

In the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 1964 to 1992

1964-1968 – Member of the Bulgarian Delegation at the Conference on Disarmament in Geneva

1968-1972 – Second Secretary in the Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York

1977-1982 – Ambassador, Deputy of the Permanent Representative to the United Nations in New York

1982- 1988 – Director of the Department “UN and Disarmament” in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

1988-1992 – Ambassador, Permanent Representative to the United Nations in Geneva and New York.

1995-1999 – Secretary of the Legislative Council of the People’s Assembly

Brief autobiography:

Chingiz Abdullayev Akifovich was born on April 7, 1959, in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Member of the USSR Union of Writers and a member of Union of Azerbaijani Writers since 1989. Vice-president of the Azerbaijan PEN-Club since 1990.

In March 1991, at the IX congress of the Union of Azerbaijani Writers was elected as a Secretary of Board of the Union of Azerbaijani Writers.

In October 1997, at the X Congress of the Union of Azerbaijani Writers was re-elected as a Secretary of Board of the Union of Azerbaijani Writers.

In May 2004, at the XI Congress of the Union of Azerbaijani Writers was re-elected as a Secretary of Board of the Union of Azerbaijani Writers.

The national writer of Azerbaijan – since July, 2005.

Professor of the Department of Criminal Law of the Azerbaijan International University – since November, 2006.

In March 2009 – one of the founders of the International Fund for Cooperation and Partnership of the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea.

From February 2010 to December 2013 – Member of the Board of State Prizes of the Republic of Azerbaijan on science, culture and literature.

In January 2011 was elected as a President of the PEN – Club of Azerbaijan.

Since July 2011 – member of the Coordination Council of World Azerbaijanis.

In 2011-2012, Chingiz Abdullayev acted as an Executive producer of the documentary film by Andrew Thompson and Lucy Bailey “The Waiting” / United Kingdom, 2012.

Since September 2013 – Member of the Board of Directors of the International Fund for Cooperation and Partnership of the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea.

Since December 2013 – Member of the Board of State Prizes of the Republic of Azerbaijan on science, technology, architecture, culture and literature.

Dr. Ismail Safi was born on January 20 in 1968 in Rize, Turkey.

He graduated from the Hacettepe University, the Department of Public Administration in 1994 and received his Master’s and PhD degree from the University of Ankara in the field of Political Science.

Prof. Dr. Eldar Hasanov was born on October 10, 1955 in Kelbajar, Azerbaijan Republic.

He graduated from the Azerbaijan Technical Institute in 1972-1977 and Academy of Ministry of Internal Affairs of USSR, law faculty in 1978-1983.

Esma Sirbubalo

Brief autobiography:

Esma Sirbubalo graduated from the University of Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Faculty of Philosophy, Department of Russian Language and Literature (BA) with the additional extensive course of English language.

Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Sarajevo.

 

She started her professional path in International Foundation for Sustainable Peace and Development (IFSPD) in June 2017 as an administrative officer and IFSPD Balkan Branch Representative under the Resolution of 16th IFSPD General Assembly and Board of Directors Meetings.

Besides her main obligations, she has been taking part in IFSPD research projects such as Multiculturalism as a Necessary Element for the Cultural Component of the Project One Belt, One Road.

She also contributed as a translator and editor of various IFSPD publishing projects, namely the book "Platon se izgleda razboleo" ISBN 978-86-89847-04-8 (translated from Russian to Serbian) and the booklet with speeches held during the IFSPD International Conference organized in honor of the Centenary of the legendary Nelson Mandela ISBN 978-86-89847-05-5

She speaks Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian (native), Russian (fluent), English (fluent).

She is interested in art, personal development, multiculturalism, healthy lifestyle, SDGs, academic and creative writing.
